The move will eliminate the need for citizens and government officials to wait in queues for physical passes by streamlining the visitor pass application process, said Mr. Aman Arora while adding that

the new system developed by the department of Governance Reforms (DGR) Punjab, offers a seamless experience for both citizens and government officials.

Highlighting the benefits of the new digital system, the Governance Reforms Minister said that the Citizens and government officials can conveniently apply for visitor passes online via the Connect portal connect.punjab.gov.in or at the Reception Counter of PCS-1 and PCS-2.
