Kapurthala: Navneet Kaur Bal, 2014 batch PCS officer has assumed charge of ADC (General) on Tuesday. She has also been given additional charge of Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Kapurthala.
Navneet Kaur Bal said “She will make efforts to make the city clean, handling public grievances will be given priority and efforts will be made to bring efficiency in the functioning of the Municipal Corporation”.
