PATIALA: Today water supply and sanitation department ,div Rajpura , District Patiala installed the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to initiate portable surface water supply in Kaboolpur village of Division Rajpura, by the efforts of newly elected Sarpanch Mr. Jagbir singh Jaggi , Panchayat members and villagers. Ground water in Division Rajpura is found to be affected by fluoride.
This innovative system will enable real-time monitoring and control of the water supply network, ensuring efficient distribution of water to the 1162 population and 236 household in this village. The SCADA system will also provide critical data on water quality, pressure, and flow rates, allowing for prompt action to be taken in case of any issue.
The installation of the SCADA system is a significant step towards ensuring a reliable and efficient water supply system for the villages of Division Rajpura. Dept. are committed to providing the best possible services to villages covered under this project, and this initiative is a testament to that commitment.
SCADA system in the village was made operational in the supervision of Amritshivraj Singh Chahal, S.D.E [WTP, Mandoli] Subdivision Ghanour and Pawan deep Singh, J.E. Subdivision Bahadurgarh.
