Chandigarh: Haryana Govt has directed all the Administrative Secretaries and Heads of the Departments to provide the State Acts and Subordinate Legislation pertaining to their departments in pdf format incorporating all amendments as a single file to the Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh within a week.
In a letter issued by the Chief Secretary Office, all the Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments have been asked to direct the Nodal Officer of their department(s) appointed for this purpose to provide the latest and updated version of State Acts and Subordinate Legislations incorporating all amendments therein as a single file in pdf format directly to the Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The letter further stated that in case of any confusion or difficulty qua supplying information, Nodal Officer may be directed to approach the office of Registrar General in person for clarity. In case of failure, the Head of Department shall be personally responsible and same will be viewed seriously.
